Pickup/Drop Off Windows: 

• Gear pickup window is Thursday (4:30 – 6:30 PM)
• Gear drop-off window is Monday (4:30 – 6:30 PM)
• Off-cycle pickups and/or returns may be available on other days of the week (subject to availability and 10% off-cycle fee).
• Please contact us at rentals@capitolhilloutfitters.com to arrange off-cycle scheduling.

Rental Period: Up to 10 days. If you’d like to rent for more than 10 days, please contact us at rentals@capitolhilloutfitters.com. 

Cancellation Policy: Customers who cancel in whole or in part at least 24 hours before the agreed-upon pick-up date will be issued a fully transferable credit, minus any applicable transaction fees charged by the financial intermediary. More information here. 

Cleaning Fee Policy: Gear must be returned completely dry, clean, and in full working order. Fees will be assessed for returned gear that needs drying, cleaning, repairing, or replacement.
