How It Works
1. Make Your Reservation
With Black Tie Ski Rentals’ delivery service, you can place your order for skis, snowboards, boots, and helmets online.
2. Free Delivery & In-Room Fittings
Sit back and relax. Your personal ski concierge will bring everything to your accommodations at your scheduled delivery time. Our ski technicians will custom fit you with our wide selection of the latest ski and snowboard gear based on your rental package, ability level, and the current snow conditions.
3. Slopeside Service
When conditions change or you have any equipment needs during your trip, we are just a phone call away. Our technicians can meet you at the base of the mountain or back at your accommodations to make any necessary adjustments or replacements and get you back on the slopes in no time.
4. The Return
Our seamless return process means you get to spend more time enjoying your vacation. Let us know when you are ready to return your equipment and we’ll take care of the rest! We will collect your gear without imposing on your plans. It’s that easy
Black Tie Rental Policy & Notes
Pick Up & Return Policy –Â Rental period will begin on the delivery date when the equipment is delivered before 2pm. Equipment delivered after 2pm will have a rental period beginning the following day. Equipment not returned by 10am the morning after the due date will result in an extra late charge.
Cancellation Policy – Cancellations made 48 hours or more prior to scheduled fitting incur no penalties. Cancellations made between 24 hours and 48 hours prior to scheduled fitting incur penalty of 1 day’s rental plus tax per person. Cancellations made less than 24 hours prior to scheduled fitting incur penalty of full amount of rental reservation plus tax. Cancellations or delays due to weather related travel delays or airline cancellations will be rescheduled if possible. There will be no cancellation penalties due to events outside of guest’s control.
Minimum Rental Days – 2 Day Minimum
Fitting Times –Black Tie prefers to do all fits the afternoon or night that the guest arrives, so there is no rush in the morning. We can do morning fittings if that is what the guest prefers.
