Cancellation Policy:Â Customers who cancel in whole or in part at least 24 hours before the agreed-upon pick-up date will be issued a fully transferable credit, minus any applicable transaction fees charged by the financial intermediary. More information here.Â
Cleaning Fee Policy:Â Gear must be returned completely dry, clean, and in full working order. Fees will be assessed for returned gear that needs drying, cleaning, repairing, or replacement.
